For companies, schools, studios, agencies and IT teams that need to buy or allowlist PumpyDumpy2Visual on a managed network.

Short version: PumpyDumpy2Visual is an offline Windows desktop app. The website, download files and license checkout use a few external domains. If your company network blocks the checkout page, contact us and ask your IT team to allow the domains below.

If checkout is blocked

Some corporate networks block external checkout pages, payment providers or redirects by default. If the Pro or Studio checkout does not open, try again outside a company VPN/proxy or contact us for help.

Domains to allowlist

Ask your IT administrator to allow these domains for purchase, download and license-related access:

  • pumpydumpy2visual.com — main website
  • releases.pumpydumpy2visual.com — installer downloads
  • pumpydumpy.lemonsqueezy.com — Pro and Studio checkout
  • app.lemonsqueezy.com — Lemon Squeezy checkout platform
  • assets.lemonsqueezy.com — checkout assets
  • api.lemonsqueezy.com — license/payment API access

Payment, receipt and invoice

Global orders, payments, tax collection and invoicing are handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as our Merchant of Record. After purchase, your official receipt or invoice is issued by Lemon Squeezy.

Subscription management and cancellation

Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, and Studio Annual subscriptions are managed through Lemon Squeezy. Use the subscription management link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or account email to update payment details, cancel future renewal, or download invoices.

Canceling a subscription stops future billing. Your paid Pro or Studio access remains available until the current paid billing period ends, then the app will return to the Free (Watermarked) Edition after the next license validation.

License support checklist

If you contact support about a purchase or activation problem, include:

  • the purchase email used at checkout,
  • your Lemon Squeezy order number or invoice number,
  • your license key, if you already received it,
  • whether you bought Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, or Studio Annual,
  • your PumpyDumpy2Visual app version.

Privacy and offline workflow

PumpyDumpy2Visual processes your music and visual projects locally on your computer. It is not a SaaS product and does not require cloud rendering. Website analytics may be blocked without breaking the app or the download page.
